If your event is pre-approved to run beyond standard rental hours, additional hourly fees apply in addition to your base rental rate. This includes extended time for setup, event activities, or cleanup.
Weekday events ending after 10:00 PM: $25/hour
Weekend events ending after 12:00 AM: $50/hour
If your event extends beyond your contracted end time and the space is not fully cleared and cleaned by your scheduled exit, late checkout fees will apply. These charges are separate from any rental package and are based on the venue’s standard hourly rates:
First 10 Minutes Late – Flat $50 fee
More than 10 Minutes Late – A $100 per hour fee is applied in addition to the standard hourly rate. Time is rounded to the nearest full hour.
If your extended use interferes with another scheduled booking, an additional $250 disruption penalty will be assessed. This covers operational adjustments, added staffing needs, and compensation for the impacted guest.
At the end of your event, the space must be left clean and free of all decorations, personal items, and trash. Tables should be cleared, and all trash must be bagged and placed behind the dumpster located on the northwest side of the building.
A minimum cleaning fee of $300 will be charged if the space is not properly cleaned. Additional charges may apply if bathrooms, the lobby, or any shared areas require more than standard clean-up due to event use.
Be sure to allow enough time within your rental window for tear-down and clean-up.
Hourly surcharge applies if alcohol is present during your event:
Alcohol On-Site – $50/hour
Applies to entire event duration where alcohol is allowed
Important: This fee does not include the cost of required permits or insurance.
All alcohol-related events must comply with our Alcohol Policy & Insurance Requirements.
